All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Amazonat Jungle Lodge
Packages include transfers, accommodation, full board, tours and guides. Mineral water is provided free of charge. All other beverages are extra.
Amazonat River Lodge
Packages include transfers, accommodation, full board, tours and guides. Mineral water, soft drinks and light alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and caipirinha) are included.
Children
When sharing a room with a parent:
Children 5 years or less are free.
Children between 6 and 12 years have a 50% discount on the Single Occupancy rate.
Children between 13 and 16 years have a 25% discount on the Single Occupancy rate.
Maximum 2 children per room with parents.
3rd adult in the same apartment: 50% of the Single Occupancy rate.
Additional Nights
Costs are per night per person based on full board – extra tours not included.
Amazonat Jungle Lodge:
Standard Room
- $100 for Double Occupancy rate.
- $150 for Single Occupancy rate.
Deluxe Room
- $200 for Double Occupancy rate.
Amazonat River Lodge:
Deluxe Cabin
- $150 for Double Occupancy rate.
- $200 for Single Occupancy rate.
Honeymoon Suite
- $250 for Double Occupancy rate
Additional
Private guide: $150 per day
Shared tour (max. 8 persons per guide): Forest Exploration $75, Urubú River $125, Amazon River $150.
Check in/out
All standard packages are based on arrivals and departures in the early afternoon,
i.e. 1 pm. to 3 p.m.
Early arriving guests will have to wait for later arriving guests before departure to Lodges.
Lunch on day of arrival and check out is not included in our packages.
All checkouts at Amazonat Jungle Lodge are at 7.30 am and at Amazonat River Lodge at 6:00 am. NO late check out.
Guests cannot hold Amazonat liable for missed package activities due to changes or delays in arrival or departure time by air carriers.
Amazonat maintains the right to cancel city tour and/or Meeting of the Waters trip without reimbursement when departure schedule for guest is in jeopardy.
Transfers
All transfers included in our Amazonat packages are based on early afternoon flight arrival and departures.
In case of late flight arrivals due to delays, Amazonat will decide time of transfer and inform guest on arrival.
Transfer time to Amazonat Jungle Lodge from Manaus International Airport is 2 hours in our air-conditioned vans.
Transfer time to Amazonat River Lodge from Manaus International Airport is 3 hours by private van and canoe and includes a short stop at Amazonat Jungle Lodge.
Deposit
A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days before arrival. If confirmation date is less than 45 days from arrival date, total amount is due at time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Over 60 days before arrival: full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund.
30 days or less before arrival: no refund.
Luggage Limits
Luggage weight accepted is the same as that advertised by all international air carriers: max. 30 kg or two pieces of luggage per person.
